SUMMER 2025

For 2025, SQUASHTIGERS summer camps and PERFORMANCE sessions run in two phases:

Phase 1: Early Summer from June 1st to June 15th

Phase 2: Summer from June 15th to August 31st

Early summer is an extension of our SQUAD and PERFORMANCE programs, with training hours designed to accommodate juniors whose schools have not yet begun their summer holidays.

Summer program offers both half-day and full-day camps, featuring PERFORMANCE sessions for our most ambitious juniors.

EARLY SUMMER

Early summer is a transitional period between the end of spring and the start of summer, as schools have varying schedules for their summer holidays. To accommodate these differences and ensure that all players have the opportunity to train, early summer sessions are offered on a drop-in basis. This flexible arrangement allows players to attend as their schedules permit. During this time, we extend the duration of SQUAD and PERFORMANCE sessions to provide extended training opportunities. Specifically, we offer two SQUAD sessions daily, including weekends, each lasting 90 minutes, and one PERFORMANCE session daily for 60 minutes. This structure allows juniors to continue their development while navigating the varying school schedules, ensuring that everyone has the chance to stay engaged and progress in their training.

SUMMER

Our 2025 SUMMER CAMPS are designed to help junior players of all ages and skill levels take their game to the next level. Whether you're just beginning your squash journey or aiming for the highest level of excellence, this camp offers the ideal environment for growth.

We provide a dynamic and engaging atmosphere where players can enjoy the sport while pushing themselves to improve. Through a balanced mix of tactical, technical, and physical training, campers will have the opportunity to enhance all areas of their game. Each session is led by a dedicated team of experienced, passionate, and supportive coaches who are committed to helping every player reach their full potential. The camp is structured to challenge participants in ways that are both fun and effective, offering a comprehensive approach to skill development and personal growth. Whether you're looking to refine your technique, improve your fitness, or strengthen your mental game, our SUMMER CAMPS will provide the expert guidance and support you need to elevate your squash skills.

​For 2025, we have weekday camps that run from Monday to Thursday as well as weekend camps that run from Friday to Sunday.

 

Weekday morning camp runs for 2.5 hours from 9:30am to 12 noon, weekday afternoon camp runs for 2.5 hours from 1pm to 3:30pm.

 

Weekend morning camp runs for 2 hours from 10am to noon, weekend afternoon camp runs for 2 hours from 1pm to 3pm

A typical summer weekday camp day looks like this:

MORNING WEEKDAY CAMP (Monday to Thursday):

9:30-10:00am: Warm-ups, team building, and agility training
10:00-10:45am: On-court - Target-driven technique development of the Shot of the Week
10:45-11:30am: On-court - Guided Discovery tactical training, focusing on the Tactical Priority of the Day
11:30-12:00pm: Squash-specific physical training - speed, strength, agility, and flexibility exercises

AFTERNOON WEEKDAY CAMP (Monday to Thursday):
1:00-1:30pm: Warm-ups, team building, and agility training
1:30-2:15pm: On-court - Target-driven technique development of the Shot of the Week
2:15-3:00pm: On-court - Guided Discovery tactical training, emphasizing the Tactical Priority of the Day
3:00-3:30pm: Squash-specific physical training - speed, strength, agility, and flexibility exercises
