Setting the scene
US Squash will conduct the 2025 National Junior Silver and Bronze Championships at the Arlen Specter Center this coming weekend. 13 Squash Tigers have entered the two events which will be conducted over three days. It's an awesome event in the heart of Philly and promises to be an excellent weekend of winning and learning!
What will it look like?
If you don't regularly check the Tigers Insta, this is your weekend to get into it! We'll be covering each day on the story, posting daily updates and eventually putting a Championship sized photo dump on our Facebook page!
The interesting percentage is 75%
75% of our crew are contesting the Silver Nationals and we have only one top seed, Dev in the BU13 Bronze!
The way forward
Good luck to all the crew contesting this weekends Championships! For those who are not competing this weekend, or who have already had their season pinacle in the Gold Nationals last week - the agenda is a little different and training runs every day as usual at the club! The truth is that Nationals are won in March, but much of a player's success and progress is determined in the training blocks between April and September. All have the will to win, but not all have the will to prepare… so never tell me I didn’t give you a friendly Coach warning and maybe with hard work we will have an even better season next year!
